Webmin
(HTTP)
Webmin is where you can configure backup, set up network time and device synchronization, review system information, reboot the server, and configure network settings. By default, Webmin is configured to use HTTPS for security and employs a self-signed certificate. However, browsers will present security warnings unless the certificate is from a trusted Certification Authority. See the DRS-5000 Setup guide for information on turning off encryption or for custom certificate authorization methods.
License and Update Service
The LUS (License and Update Service) is where you can add and remove dynamic licenses for certain FrontRow software, including the Encore! desktop control application. It also allows new versions of the software application and/or configuration data to be distributed. When configured properly, each computer running a LUS-supported application will check this server for a valid license and any new software updates.
Status & Versions
Check the ability of the server to get to the internet (only required if the server is configured to access external resources such as an external Network Time server like time.nist.gov, email actions using external hosts such as Yahoo or Google, or access to LUS license updates from webservices.gofrontrow.com). Also view version information on installed FrontRow services.
